Responsibilities:
• Warmly welcome members and guests upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while assisting with seating arrangements.
• Manage and organize reservations to ensure efficient seating and optimal table turnover.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate reservations and guest preferences.
• Provide information about menu items, daily specials, and upcoming events.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously.
• Manage a waitlist during peak dining hours, providing accurate wait times to waiting guests.
• Keep guests informed of the status of their table and offer alternatives when necessary.
• Communicate any special requests or preferences from guests to the appropriate staff members.
• Ensure the hostess stand and waiting area are clean, organized, and well-presented.
• Assist with maintaining overall cleanliness and ambiance in the dining and reception areas.

Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills.
