The Host/Hostess is the first person the guest is greeted by when entering the restaurant. This is the person who is going to make the biggest first impression on our guests. This is, in turn, the person who must have the biggest smile and warmest personality. Attitude, appearance, and professionalism are crucial as they assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and service in the restaurants.
The Host/Hostess/Greeter will always conduct themselves in a manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Open & Honest Communication, and Commitment. The Host/Hostess/Greeter shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. They will be responsible for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture as well as promoting Sunriver Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!
