LIITY TIIMIIMME!

Tervehdi Scandic Go’ta – raikasta, urbaania hotellikonseptia, joka tarjoaa olennaisen “saat mitä tarvitset, maksa mitä haluat” -ajattelulla. Mahdollistamme yhä useammalle vieraalle kaupungin löytämisen omalla tavallaan. Aina fiksu, aina kestävä ja aina sujuva itsepalvelu edellä. Haemme Hosteja uuteen Scandic Go -hotelliimme, joka avautuu Ouluun tulevana kesänä!

Osana avaustiimiä palkkaamme sekä täysiaikaisia (112,5 h / 3 vko), että osa-aikaisia työntekijöitä (20–90 h / 3vko). Työt alkavat kesäkuussa 2026.

Huomioithan,
että suomen alkoholilainsäädännön mukaan tehtävässä vaaditaan 18 vuoden
ikää.

Millainen on Hostin rooli Scandic Go- hotellissa?

Hostina olet ennen kaikkea vieraita varten. Toivotat heidät lämpimästi tervetulleeksi ja autat heitä online check-inissä tai loungen itsepalveluautomaateilla. Vastaat myös kysymyksiin ja opastat tarpeen mukaan.

Valmistat ruokaa ja juomia. Huolehdit siitä, että lounge on siisti, viihtyisä ja rentouttava tila, jossa vieraiden on mukava olla. Olet aina valmis juttutuokiolle ja jakamaan paikallisia vinkkejä.

Check-outin yhteydessä varmistat, että vieraat ovat viihtyneet, ja autat heitä tarvittaessa.

Kuka sinä olet?

Etsimme henkilöä, joka hallitsee monta asiaa yhtä aikaa ja saa vieraamme tuntemaan olonsa tervetulleiksi. Olet hyvä ihmisten kohtaamisessa ja puhut sujuvasti suomea ja englantia. Muut kielet ovat plussaa.

Tärkeintä on kuitenkin asenteesi. Olet reaktiivinen, mutkaton ja yhteistyökykyinen tiimipelaaja, joka on luotettava ja välittää työnsä laadusta.

Etsimme tiimiimme hostia, joka työskentelee vaihtelevissa työvuoroissa – päivisin, iltaisin ja viikonloppuisin. Lähiesihenkilösi on Hospitality Manager.

We are looking for Hosts for our new Scandic Go opening in Oulu this summer!

As part of our opening team we are hiring both full time (112,5h/3 weeks) and part-time contracts (20-90hours/3 weeks).

The work will begin during June 2026.

What's it like being a Host at Scandic Go?

As a Host at Scandic Go, you're all about the guest. You greet them warmly when they arrive and help them with online check in or at our self-service kiosks in the lounge. You also answer any questions they might have.

You prepare food and drinks. You keep the lounge area neat and cozy so our guests can relax and enjoy themselves. You're always ready to chat with them and share some local tips.

At check-out, you make sure they had a great stay and assist them if needed.

Who are you?

We're looking for someone who can juggle multiple things at once and make our guests feel welcome. You should be good at talking to people and fluent in Finnish and English. Other languages are a plus.

But what really matters is who you are and how you act. You should be a responsive and prestige-free team player who are reliable and care about the quality of your work.

About the position

We're looking for someone to join our team as a host. You'll work on different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends. Your immediate manager will be the Hospitality Manager.
