🚀 Your role in the team
As a Host / Hostess, you are the face of the restaurant:
Welcome every guest with a warm and professional BIG SMILE
Manage reservations and walk-ins ( Reservierungen & Tischverteilung)
Coordinate table flow with the service team
Anticipate guest needs and adapt your communication
Handle busy moments with structure, calm and positivity
Turn waiting time into a pleasant experience ( Wartezeit versüßen)
👉 You set the tone for the entire guest journey.
💡 What we’re looking for
You love working with people and have a natural sense of hospitality
You’re positive, well-organized and a strong communicator
You stay calm under pressure and think in solutions
You bring energy and professionalism
👉 Experience in hospitality/customer service is a plus, not a must
