As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul in May 2026, Les Maisons Bocuse are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest greeting and seating

• Provide warm and professional welcome

• Manage reservations and seating plan, reservation system proficiency

• Optimize guest flow

• Maintain communication with service team

• Guest satisfaction follow-up

• Communication with service teams
