Job Description

Join Belmond, a leader in the luxury hospitality sector, as a Host / Hostess. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our discerning guests, ensuring their experience is seamless and memorable. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating, and assisting with various front-of-house tasks to maintain the high standards Belmond is known for.

As a Host / Hostess, your presence will embody the warmth and sophistication characteristic of our brand, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.

Your role will consist in caring about the guest with a high level of service and housekeeping.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
