$15-$18/hr. + tips

As a host in our high-energy restaurant, you will not be just a smiling face. You are our first impression with each guest and their last goodbye. You enjoy creating positive interactions with guests and regulars, whether seating a table, assisting with carry-out orders, maintaining the wait list, or helping deliver food to tables. You have excellent communication skills and the desire to learn about our food, beverages, and our to-go process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and manage the flow of the restaurant, ensuring tables are seated efficiently to create a smooth dining experience.
• Build relationships with guests, ensuring regulars feel recognized and new customers feel welcome.
• Maintain and manage the waitlist during busy times, ensuring transparency and regular updates to guests on wait times.
• Assist with take-out orders, ensuring they are prepared accurately and promptly.
• Answer phone inquiries about reservations, menu details, and special events in a professional and helpful manner.
