Job Description

Fiamma Pizza is looking for hard working and reliable hosts to join our team. This job includes welcoming and seating guests, server support, bussing tables, and fulfilling to-go orders. We are looking for highly efficient individuals who enjoy working in guest service. As a host, you are the first and last interaction with guests - the ability to create a welcoming, fun environment is key. Ideal candidates have flexible schedules and top notch multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests
• Seating guests in an organized and strategic manner
• Answering phone calls
• Correctly compiling to-go orders
• Ensuring quality of all food items before they exit the restaurant
• Bussing tables and basic cleaning tasks
• Clearly communicating with both customers and co-workers
• Operating a basic POS system
• Promoting specials

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or guest service experience
• Friendly and welcoming personality
• Ability to stay calm and collected in high-stress situations
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Able to obtain both MAST permit and WA State Food Handlers Card

Compensation

$19.13/hr + Tips (tips typically range from $4.50 - $7 per hour)
