Job Description

Reporting to the Restaurant/Bar Manager, the Host is responsible for welcoming guests, managing guest flow throughout service, and ensuring guests are well taken care of while they wait. This role also involves handling reservations and adjusting table arrangements based on operational needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Set up the dining room and/or bar area before service.
• Take and deliver room service orders.
• Wash dishes, glassware, and utensils by hand or using a dishwasher.
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar top and service areas.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, as well as hotel and government guidelines.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Previous restaurant experience is an asset.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stay active throughout a shift.
• A strong customer service mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility, helpfulness, and patience.
