Core Job Functions

1. Guest Reception & Customer Service

• Greet and welcome guests warmly.
• Introduce guests to their server and answer questions.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.

2. Seating & Flow Management

• Manage seating charts and strategically seat guests to balance server workload.
• Monitor table status and coordinate turnover.
• Maintain an organized waitlist and quote accurate wait times.

3. Reservation & Communication Duties

• Manage reservations and phone inquiries.
• Use reservation/waitlist software to track guest flow.
• Communicate with kitchen and serving staff to coordinate service pace.

4. Front‑of‑House Maintenance

• Keep the entrance, host stand, and dining area tidy.
• Prepare menus and ensure they are clean and stocked.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer‑service orientation.

Sunday Availability is required.
