We are seeking an energetic and personable Host to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will ensure every guest feels valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will set the tone for a memorable dining or service experience. This role is vital in maintaining smooth operations, managing guest flow, and fostering positive interactions that leave a lasting impression.
? Meet and greet guests as they arrive, offer choice of seating, escort to the dining table and present menu.
? Read, maintain and make daily entries in the log book to coordinate communication between shifts and management.
? Maintain proper set-up of the dining room.
? Assist as needed or requested with service.
? Receive records and make any necessary arrangements for reservations and special functions in the restaurant.
? Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
? Perform other duties as requested by management.
? High school diploma or equivalent .
? Previous customer service experience preferred.
? Work schedule varies and will include working on holidays and weekends.
