As a Host you are responsible for creating and unforgettable experience for our guests throughout their stay. As a natural host, you take pride in making people feel comfortable, valued, and at home from the moment they arrive.As part of your daily shift, you will be working at the check-in area, U Bar and our restaurant locations.

The role

As host, you’re not only welcoming our guests, you create experiences for them. Picture yourself and your colleagues as memory makers, where you won’t hide behind a desk. You will shine between check-in, bar, pantry, restaurant, terrace & meeting rooms. During your shift, you are engaged in:

• Creating a warm, inviting, and cozy atmosphere that sets the tone for a positive stay from the very first hello
• Anticipating guest needs and preferences through conversations and thoughtful questioning.
• Spread moments of joy by surprising our guests with unexpected gestures.
• Address guests’ concerns and find swift solutions to secure their happiness.
• Being a real team player. One moment you will check-in our guests, the next you will be shaking the Usual cocktail for them or helping your team in the pantry.

What you'll bring to the table

As a strong team player, you thrive in an environment built on open communicatipn. You are also driven by a passion for sustainability, which is reflected in the way you approach your work. You enjoy a varied role. Next to this, the following requirements apply:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
• Available full-time or part-time (minimum of 4 days per week) and flexible to work shifts between 07:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, and 16:00–00:00
• A strong passion for both sustainability and hospitality!
• Legally permitted to work in the Netherlands
