This position is for our full-service restaurant and bar located on the wonderful Rock Lititz Campus inside the Rock Lititz Hotel! Come join our experienced, fun team in a fast-paced environment! (Full-time 25-35 hours per week)(Part-time 15-25 hours per week)Rate: $12 /hr plus tips from Room Service/takeoutHours: SUN-THUR 4:00-9:00 PMFRI-SAT 4:00-10:00 PMSUN 9:00 AM-2:00 PM *Approx. 2-4 shifts per week, shifts will vary based on need and Hotel occupancy

-Paid training Responsibilities include:-Greeting Customers upon entry (& exit) and providing them with accurate wait times-Managing the flow of Guests and maintaining an up-to-date seating chart through Open Table GuestCenter-Escorting Guests to their table while correctly rotating servers-Assisting the waitstaff by clearing and resetting tables-Answering the phone and providing the appropriate service (ie. Reservations, To-go, or Room Service)-Taking, processing, and delivering Room Service orders Requirements:-Exceptional Customer Service Skills-Clear and Professional Communication Skills-Strong Organizational Skills-Must be at least 18 years of Age-Must have some type of Weekend Availability
Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
