Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
- Manage dining room reservations and coordinate seating to ensure efficient service flow
- Assist with to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- Provide special services for guests celebrating special occasions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely seating and excellent guest experiences
- Assist with event coordination and special requests as directed by management
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by working well with others and providing exceptional guest service
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed, including assisting with training and guest needs
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
Experience:
- Prior experience as a Host or in a guest-facing role is preferred
- Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable is a plus
- Experience in a high-energy, casual dining environment is a plus

- Strong communication skills with a polished phone manner
- Friendly, engaging, and professional personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- A positive outlook and team-player attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage guest concerns with professionalism
