Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the activities of the dining room to ensure smooth, fast, and courteous service for guests
- Manage dining room reservations and assist in arranging parties or special events
- Provide special services for diners celebrating special occasions
- Assist with to-go orders, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely execution
- Collaborate with the management team to assist with special event duties, act as a training resource, and take on ad hoc tasks as needed
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Assist guests with their needs, ensuring they have an outstanding dining experience from start to finish
- Ensure the dining room is neat, clean, and organized, providing a professional environment for guests and staff alike

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

Experience:
- Prior experience as a Host REQUIRED and/or in a guest-facing role in a fine-dining or upscale-casual restaurant is strongly preferred
- Experience with OpenTable is a PLUS
- Previous experience in handling reservations and assisting with event coordination is a bonus
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong communication skills with a polished phone manner
- Engaging, friendly personality with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- A positive outlook and a team-player attitude with a commitment to excellence in service
- Ability to work well under pressure, balancing guest needs and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Professional demeanor and the ability to engage with guests in a courteous and respectful manner
