Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere
- Manage dining room reservations and assist with seating arrangements to ensure smooth service flow
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and delivery of excellent guest experiences
- Provide special services for diners celebrating special occasions
- Assist with to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- Maintain cleanliness in the front-of-house area and ensure all areas are presentable for guests
- Assist with event coordination and special requests as directed by management
- Collaborate with the management team on ad hoc tasks, including helping with training and special duties when needed
- Contribute to the overall positive environment of the restaurant by working well with the team and providing excellent service

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

Experience:
- Prior experience as a Host or in a guest-facing role is preferred
- Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable is a plus
- Previous experience in an upscale-casual or fine-dining environment is ideal
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong communication skills with a polished phone manner
- Friendly, engaging, and professional personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Professional demeanor with the ability to engage with guests in a courteous, respectful manner
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment while supporting a seamless guest experience
