1. PURPOSE OF THE JOB
· The Campus Host is to serve as a support to the Director and Associate Directors by overseeing the recruiting of prospective students mostly through on-campus visits.
· Oversee and manage campus visits of Judson College and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC
2. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responds to telephone inquiries and other requests for information about the seminary and college
· Schedules appointments for prospective students to meet with Admissions Counselors, faculty, other offices and arrange Manor House reservations
· Welcomes and hosts prospective students and their guests
· Coordinates campus visits with group visits
· Works with Associate Director to oversee Student Ambassador Program- Trains and supervises student employees, assigns them routine work and projects, and oversees their work
· Miscellaneous tasks related to campus visits and recruiting such as calling and email campaigns to prospective students
· Responsible for making sure front office is staffed during all office hours.
3. OTHER DUTIES & REPONSIBILITIES
· Assists as needed with application processing and guided tours of the seminary.
· Performs additional miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions
· Travel for recruiting trips
4. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Training and management of campus tour guides
· Evaluate and recommend tour guide personnel

· Travel will be required occasionally
· Travel requires unusual work hours due to conference/booth staffing needs
