With its waterfront location, patrons can enjoy scenic views while dining on the expansive outdoor deck. The quirky and festive décor, along with the fusion of Hawaiian and Mexican influences, creates a distinctive dining experience at Hula Hut.





As a restaurant host, your primary responsibility is to greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere. Key duties include managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and maintaining an organized waiting list.


Responsibilities:

1. Greeting Guests: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assist with coats, and guide them to their tables.
2. Reservation Management: Keep track of reservations, manage the reservation system, and ensure timely seating for guests with reservations.
3. Seating Arrangements: Efficiently organize seating arrangements to optimize the flow of the dining area and accommodate guest preferences.
4. Waitlist Management: Maintain a waiting list during peak hours, provide accurate wait times, and keep guests informed about their status.
5. Communication: Effectively communicate with restaurant staff, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience.
6. Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
7. Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the host stand and waiting area clean and organized, contributing to an overall inviting atmosphere.
