Job Description

This position has the first interaction with guests to SIGA’s Food & Beverage operations. The focus is on customer

service excellence, ensuring guests have a positive experience of SIGA’s quality, value-priced dining.

Greeting and seating guests, ensuring their comfort, and providing a smooth transition for

the Server. Responding to general inquiries regarding Casino events and services. Answering the phone to take

reservations and place takeout orders. Performing a variety of side work. Maintaining a clean and tidy host/hostess

station and entry area, and other light housekeeping. Doing a final service quality check with guests, referring service

issues to others as appropriate. Handling other tasks as required, to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, and

that guests are made welcome and comfortable.

Experience providing customer service and working with many diverse situations and personalities.

Previous host experience would be an asset.
