Front of House Hospitality Team Members – Luxury Retreat Estate (Near Skipton)

£28,000 – £30,000 | Full Time | 40 Hours | Immediate Start | Multi-Venue Role

We are recruiting experienced Front of House Hospitality Team Members for a leading luxury retreat, wellness, and events estate set within 2,500 acres of Yorkshire countryside near Skipton

The Role

You will work across multiple areas of the estate, delivering first-class guest experiences in:

• A destination restaurant (bistro dining)
• A luxury wellbeing and spa reception environment
• A country house events and accommodation setting
• Estate-wide retreats, weddings, and private events

This is a hands-on, guest-facing role where you will act as an ambassador for the estate at all times, ensuring seamless, warm, and professional service across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering outstanding front of house service in a busy, high-quality environment
• Welcoming and supporting guests across restaurant, wellness, and events spaces
• Managing bookings, enquiries, and guest journeys with professionalism and care
• Supporting weddings, retreats, private events, and high-end functions
• Maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards at all times
• Working collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth operations
• Being a visible, friendly, and confident ambassador for the estate

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in front of house hospitality or guest service
• Strong communication skills and a naturally welcoming manner
• Calm, organised, and confident in busy service environments
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings on a rota basis
• A proactive, team-focused attitude with great attention to detail
