  • Represent Messer at industry events, trade associations, and customer‑facing engagements

3) Account Management & Retention

  • Own a defined book of business; deliver revenue growth, retention, and margin targets while improving customer experience.
  • Support activities that may include contract negotiations and renewals, pricing management, accounts receivable, quality or non‑conformance issues, and growth initiatives
  • Perform regular business reviews with key accounts and distributors; drive upsell/cross‑sell opportunities
  • Monitor usage trends, pricing adherence, and contract terms; proactively address churn risks and service gaps.
  • Deliver hospitality customer product training as required, promoting value‑added selling practices

4) Installations, Technical Coordination & After‑Sales Support

  • Partner closely with CES and field technicians to scope installations (e.g., beverage‑dispense systems, gas blenders, regulators, safety components), coordinate scheduling, ensure site readiness, and manage change‑orders.
  • Oversee customer training; ensure accurate documentation and smooth hand‑off to service/CSR.

5) Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work cross‑functionally with CSR, Plants/Logistics, Engineering, Webshop and Retail teams to keep customer operations running reliably.
  • Provide market insights to Marketing/Segment teams to refine offers, pricing, and campaigns.
