Job Responsibilities:
To assist for the design, development, implementation, coordination and facilitation of training programs in the Hospitality Division at MGM COTAI & MGM MACAU
Developing, coordinating, conducting, scheduling and maintaining all training programs for the Hospitality Division
Assist to prepare annual training calendar and coordinating the scheduling of various training programs based on training need
Update monthly training records in a timely manner and ensure data accuracy across departments
Assist to enhance Product Knowledge for Hospitality employees in order to meet with guest requests and enquiries
Conduct regular service audits in departments and maintain audit record sheet.
Research training suppliers and materials as needed; monitor and order supplies for training and training department
Involve in Operations to gain first-hand knowledge and provide support as needed
Elevate tasks and decisions to the appropriate person, retain overall accountability; remain supportive and avoid unnecessary interference
Be knowledgeable of Hotel information to effectively and confidently answer staff inquiries
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above education
At least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5-star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment. Experience in training will be considered an advantage
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Strong PC skills, proficient in MS Office, basic data analysis, video editing and practical use of AI tool
Strong in leading and communication skills, with planning and organizing ability. Mature, self-motivated analytical-minded and passionate about helping individuals develop to their full potential.
