Main goal

The main goal of the EURO Hospitality Production Coordinator is to create and deliver outstanding, high-end guest experiences across all UEFA EURO 2028 venues, combining meticulous planning with flawless execution.
The role ensures that every touchpoint reflects premium standards, comfort and seamless services.
By coordinating stakeholders, suppliers and operations, the successful candidate will bring innovative hospitality concepts to life, ultimately elevating the tournament experience and leaving a lasting impression on every guest.

Key responsibilities

Venue & hospitality planning

  • Coordinate site visits and collaborate with stakeholders to optimise guest journeys and hospitality spaces.
  • Define layouts, guest flows, and service environments, ensuring comfort, accessibility, and premium standards.
  • Oversee operations (ticketing, accreditation, parking, wayfinding, security) to deliver a seamless experience.

Concept development & guest experience

  • Design and deliver high-end hospitality concepts focused on memorable guest experiences.
  • Manage catering, branding, décor, entertainment, and suppliers to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Lead stakeholder communication, timelines, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support VIP and partner programmes, exceeding expectations.

Project management & coordination

  • Support contracts, budgets, and operational documentation while maintaining premium standards.
  • Prepare presentations and lead briefings to ensure alignment and service excellence.

On-site operations & service delivery

  • Lead on-site operations, coordinating all service elements and teams.
  • Ensure consistent quality, resolve issues promptly, and deliver a personalised, premium guest experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality management, sports management or business administration
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in large-scale event operations or premium hospitality, including experience in major international events, sports tournaments or VIP programmes
  • Additional qualifications in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) or hospitality standards are a plus

Languages:

  • Fluent in English

Other requirements:

- Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
