What is the role?
We are seeking a Hospitality Sales Executive to drive revenue through proactive business development, lead generation and outbound sales activity.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and converting new customers through cold calling, networking, prospecting, face-to-face meetings and targeted sales campaigns, building a strong pipeline of opportunities across Southampton Football Club's hospitality products.
You will be highly visible within the local business community, developing relationships with key decision-makers and representing the Club at events, networking opportunities and matchdays. Alongside new business acquisition, you will also be responsible for retaining and growing selected customer accounts, maximising revenue through repeat bookings, upselling and account development.
