Café/Bistro, Bar and Chef Kitchen Team | Cabramurra, NSW

Australian Camp Services is growing its hospitality team in Cabramurra, NSW. We are looking for friendly, customer-focused people who enjoy creating a welcoming bistro and experience.

We are recruiting for multiple positions, including:

• Chefs
• Front-of-house café and bistro staff
• Bar staff
• Kitchen hands and catering assistants
• Multi-skilled hospitality team members

The Lifestyle

This is a Drive-In Drive-Out position offering a genuine work-life balance:

• Work seven days on, followed by seven days off
• Complete approximately 80 hours during your working week
• Drive home after your swing and enjoy a full week to yourself
• Meals and accommodation are provided for your seven days on site
• All you need is a current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle to travel to Cabramurra

About the Roles

Depending on your experience, your duties may include:

• Providing friendly and attentive bistro and bar service including taking orders and operating point-of-sale and EFTPOS systems
• Assisting chefs in preparing Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Meals
• Supporting food preparation and meal service
• Completing kitchen hand, dishwashing and cleaning duties
• Maintaining excellent food-safety, presentation and hygiene standards
• Working across multiple areas as part of a supportive hospitality team

What We’re Looking For

Hospitality experience is valued, but attitude and customer service are equally important. You will ideally have:

• A warm, friendly and customer-focused approach
• Café, bistro, bar, restaurant, kitchen or catering experience
• The ability to work effectively within a small, multi-skilled team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• A commitment to food safety, cleanliness and quality service
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Food-safety training appropriate to your position, or willingness to complete it
• A current NSW RSA if applying for bar duties
