
About the Role
Join Hudson Manpower in supporting large-scale hospitality hiring for premium hotel groups, restaurants, and catering brands across the Gulf. We are looking for a driven Hospitality Recruiter who understands hospitality roles and can manage end-to-end recruitment while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships. Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles (Waiters, Chefs, Baristas, Housekeeping, Front Office, etc.).
Source candidates through portals, referrals, databases, and walk-ins.
Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates as per client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and client feedback.
Manage documentation, CV formatting, and recruitment trackers.
Liaise with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain hiring timelines and ensure compliance with recruitment standards.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in hospitality recruitment or staffing (Gulf hiring preferred).
Strong understanding of hotel & restaurant job roles and service standards.
Clear English communication; Hindi or regional languages are a plus.
Organized, target-driven, and able to handle volume hiring.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
