As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Hospitality Marketing Coordinator to help drive visibility, foot traffic and engagement across our F&B outlets - with a strong focus on social media and venue activation.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, social-first role suited to someone creative, organised, and confident executing marketing activity across multiple venues.
A key focus of this role will be supporting our food & beverage outlets - promoting events, launches and seasonal campaigns, designing collateral, and ensuring our venues show up strongly across digital channels. You’ll manage Drifter’s social media presence, coordinate event promotion across properties, and produce marketing materials that drive foot traffic, bookings and brand awareness.
This role balances planning with execution - from building content calendars to designing assets, coordinating shoots, managing digital channels, and reporting on results.
You’ll be based in Sydney with hybrid flexibility (a mix of office and work-from-home days).

You’re creative, proactive, and comfortable managing both social media and venue-based marketing activity. You understand that hospitality marketing is fast-moving and connected to what’s happening on the floor.
You’ll bring:
Hospitality or F&B marketing experience is highly regarded.
