  • A confident, positive communicator who thrives in guest‑facing environments
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage busy service periods. A collaborative approach — someone who works well with kitchen, management, and FOH teams
  • A passion for great food, wine, and delivering memorable experiences
  • Flexibility to support both winery and pub operations as needed
  • Able to work at our busiest times; weekends and evenings with full flexibility.

We can offer you:

  • Up to £40,000 plus TRONC
  • Simply Health package
  • 35% discount on all drinks, food and accommodation across every Balfour site and Balfour Winery
  • Flexible hours to suit you and your work/life balance
