Job Description

Chelsea Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic and visionary Hospitality Manager to help redefine the traditional office experience. This role is an exciting opportunity to create a hospitality-driven environment that feels more like a boutique hotel than a workplace.

The Hospitality Manager will oversee daily hospitality operations, support building-wide programming initiatives, lead a passionate service team, and ensure every guest experience exceeds expectations. The ideal candidate brings strong hospitality leadership experience, operational excellence, creativity, and a guest-first mindset.

What You’ll Do

Create the Vision

  • Develop and execute a building-wide hospitality strategy that transforms the workplace into a welcoming, elevated, and community-focused environment.
  • Take full ownership of the Farmers Market program and related activations.

Lead & Inspire the Team

  • Train, mentor, and motivate Hospitality Leads and front-of-house staff.
  • Foster a culture of service excellence that anticipates and exceeds guest expectations.
  • Coordinate staffing and uphold service standards for PM events and building activations.

Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

  • Oversee daily hospitality operations, including:
    • Event coordination
    • Conference catering
    • Concierge services
  • Conduct hospitality tours for prospective tenants and guests as needed.
  • Ensure every interaction reflects a high-touch, hospitality-first experience.

Plan & Execute Programming

  • Manage monthly building initiatives, tenant engagement programming, and community events.
  • Support experiential activations that enhance tenant satisfaction and workplace culture.

Maintain Operational Excellence

  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and service throughout all public areas.
  • Ensure spaces consistently feel polished, welcoming, and professionally maintained.

Build Community & Vendor Partnerships

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and community organizations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance offerings and elevate the tenant and guest experience.

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Gather and analyze guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement innovative ideas, technologies, and service enhancements to continuously evolve the hospitality experience.
  • Coordinate all M Station signage in partnership with the marketing department, ensuring branding, messaging, event promotion, and menu communications remain cohesive and professionally presented throughout the building.

Innovate with Purpose

  • Stay informed on hospitality and workplace experience trends.
  • Introduce thoughtful, forward-thinking improvements that position the property as a leader in modern workplace hospitality.

What We Need From You:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, workplace experience, hotel operations, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating welcoming environments.
  • Experience with event planning, catering coordination, and hospitality programming.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
