As Hospitality Manager, you will oversee the full food and beverage operation, including restaurant service, events, and wider guest hospitality, ensuring Yarrow is welcoming, commercially successful, and tailored to both our residents and the wider public community.
You’ll lead a passionate team, uphold the highest service standards, and work collaboratively across departments to bring our vision to life: a world where everyone has the opportunity to age well.

Our story:
We have been a developer and long-term operator of housing-with-care communities since 1981. We built the first community of its kind in the UK at Elmbridge in Cranleigh, Surrey and today we operate 16 sites across the country with over 1500 self-contained homes.
In 2017, Retirement Villages Group was acquired by AXA IM Alts - Real Assets – a global leader in real asset investments and the leading real estate portfolio and asset manager in Europe – on behalf of their clients to provide long-term, sustainable investment in retirement living.
Supported by AXA IM Alts we have ambitious plans to deliver over 5,000 new homes across over 40 new sites in the next ten years making appropriate housing more accessible to a wider group of older people.
