What You’ll Do:
• Lead with Purpose: Implement innovative strategies that enhance our property’s vision and market position.
• Drive Performance: Prioritize revenue growth and financial success while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Build a Winning Team: Recruit, train, and inspire a dedicated team committed to excellence and high employee retention.
• Manage Budgets: Create and execute the hotel’s annual operating budget while excelling in P&L management, forecasting, and STR analysis.
• Operations Oversight: Lead all hotel disciplines, including Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior General Management experience in a focused, full-service, or boutique hotel environment is preferred.
• A proven track record in hiring, training, and motivating teams to achieve exceptional guest service.
• Strong skills in budget management and financial forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and enhancing guest experiences.
