As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Hospitality & Investor Experience Intern to join our Corporate Hosting & Hospitality team.

This is an excellent opportunity for final-year students or recent graduates in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, International Relations or similar fields who are looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced international environment.

What You Will Be Doing

As part of our Hospitality team, you will play an important role in creating exceptional experiences for international investors visiting Portugal.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the planning and coordination of investor visits and itineraries.

• Assisting in welcoming international guests and ensuring an outstanding hospitality experience.

• Coordinating accommodation arrangements with hotels and hospitality partners.

• Working closely with different departments to guarantee seamless investor journeys.

• Supporting airport transfers, appointments, meetings, and hospitality logistics.

• Managing investor information and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

• Collecting feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of the investor experience.

• Assisting with reports, presentations, and operational analyses.

What We Are Looking For

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, International Relations, Business or related areas.

• Excellent command of English (mandatory).

• Portuguese proficiency is highly valued.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and service excellence.

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering premium customer experiences.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus but not required.
