
At Green & Fortune, we're looking for an experienced Hospitality Sous Chef to join our award-winning team at One Southwark Bridge This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role within one of London's most prestigious workplace hospitality venues, delivering outstanding food and service for executive dining, conferences, meetings and large-scale corporate events.
Working alongside the Head Chef, you'll help shape an innovative hospitality offer, inspire a talented kitchen team and consistently deliver memorable dining experiences for some of London's most recognised businesses.

As Hospitality Sous Chef, you'll support the day-to-day management of our hospitality kitchen while maintaining the highest culinary and operational standards.
No two days are the same. One day you could be delivering elegant boardroom dining for senior executives, the next producing premium canapé receptions, conferences or bespoke client events.
You'll lead from the front, supporting the Head Chef to ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety and presentation.
