OFFICE AND CONFERENCES SERVICES
The Office and Conference Services team is responsible for providing extraordinary customer service to Aspen Institute staff and guests at all Institute corporate offices. The primary goal of the department is to provide operational support that enables programs to fulfill their missions. We do this by ensuring operations in a variety of services including office administration, workspace experience, event services and support, facilities management and tenant relations.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Aspen Institute is seeking a detail oriented and energetic Hospitality Assistant for our New York office. This position must possess a strong customer service background, high degree of professionalism and the ability to multi-task. The individual will be responsible for set-up and breakdown of conference rooms, cleaning of the pantry, reception, hoteling area, and conference rooms at the end of the day. Cleaning and heavy lifting is required. Applicants with a minimum of two years customer service and 1 year of similar work experience are strongly urged to apply.
The Hospitality Assistant is responsible for the daily care and upkeep of Aspen New York office. This positionis expected to work up to 10 hours per week. The hourly rate for this position is $23/hr.
