Pay Grade
Hospitality Associate Retail will serve as the cafeteria cashier, and will operate and maintain cash register in a quick, accurate manner to facilitate smooth customer flow; will be in charge of assisting customers with food requests will keep the cafeteria clean and stocked for efficiency; will provide positive customer service and maintain positive customer relations. This position requires a positive attitude and excellent people skills. Personal hygiene and appearance is important for employees in this position. Expected to remain on-task and work efficiently throughout the shift.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Certification & Licensures
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Qualifications
Must be 16 years of age. Ability to read, and follow oral and written instructions as well as established procedures. Ability to do simple calculations and record keeping. Ability to operate a cash register efficiently. Must complete and pass Serve Safe exam within six months of hire. Competent and Hospitable to successfully interact with customers.
