Job Description

The Role

At Infinite Aged Care, our Hotel Services team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality hospitality and support services that enhance the daily lives of our residents. This includes opportunities across Housekeeping, Servery, Kitchen Assistant, and Café roles, all contributing to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Housekeeping Assistants provide essential cleaning and laundry services, ensuring strong infection control practices and a safe, healthy living environment. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, administration offices, entrances, outdoor areas, and providing laundry services to support residents’ daily needs.

Servery & Kitchen Assistants provide essential support to our hospitality team by assisting with food preparation, plating, meal service, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas. You play a key role in ensuring residents are provided with nutritious meals and enjoy a positive, welcoming dining experience.

Café Assistants provide friendly and professional service to residents, families, and visitors. This includes preparing and serving beverages, supporting light food service, maintaining high café presentation standards, and creating a warm, welcoming social environment within the facility.

These roles are hands-on and physical, whereby you will do a lot of bending, squatting, lifting and pushing items to carry out your daily tasks safely. It is important you can perform these tasks without risk of injury to yourself, your colleagues and our residents.
