University of Colorado AnschutzDepartment: Obstetrics and GynecologyJob Title: Hospitalist Open Rank– Senior Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, ProfessorPosition #00749879: – Requisition #: 41240Job Summary:The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology has openings for a 1.0 FTE faculty at the rank of Senior Instructor to Professor to provide inpatient OB/GYN care at the University of Colorado Hospital as an OB Hospitalist/Laborist, Anschutz campus as a member of the Division of Academic Specialists in Obstetrics and Gynecology. This position will be responsible for providing both obstetric and gynecologic care and surgery in the acute inpatient setting. Ob/Gyn Hospitalists at University of Colorado will work directly with the resident teams, providing supervision and education to our outstanding learners. Shifts options include day/night rotation, nights only, or weekend option.This position is primarily clinical, but there may be opportunities for academic responsibilities, such as the opportunity to supervise OB/GYN residents and medical students.
