As a Hospital Services Manager, you will oversee healthcare waste operations and customer service programs for assigned hospital and healthcare system accounts. This role serves as the primary operational and relationship leader for hospital customers, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and customer-focused execution of medical waste, hazardous waste, sharps, pharmaceutical waste, and related service programs. This position is ideal for a hands-on operational leader who thrives in fast-paced healthcare environments and enjoys building strong customer relationships, leading teams, driving accountability, resolving complex service issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
