It is a confidential bench for one specific kind of leader: people who run hospitals and private clinics. CEOs, Site Heads, Medical Directors, Directors of Care, CFOs and COOs of care institutions — the executives who actually carry a clinical site, its P&L and its patients.

To be clear about who this is not for. It is not for pharma or biotech executives. Not for medtech or diagnostics. Not for health insurers, payers, consulting firms or health-tech vendors. The bench is reserved for people whose career has been built inside care-delivery organisations — private clinic groups, public and university hospitals, clinic networks, integrated care providers. If your P&L has never been a hospital or a clinic, this isn't the right list, and that's fine.

Why a bench. In the Swiss and European hospital landscape, the leadership moves that matter rarely surface publicly. Successions, post-acquisition integrations, restructurings, sensitive replacements — these happen behind closed doors. This listing is how we let those leaders be reachable when the right mandate appears, without their current institution finding out.

How it works. Strict confidentiality. No public profile listing, no database outreach. When a hospital or clinic mandate fits the bench, Fabrice Cattant or a Recrutis senior partner reaches out directly. When nothing fits, you stay on the bench, indefinitely, with no expectation of contact.

What we look for. 15+ years inside hospitals or private clinics, with direct P&L or budget ownership at executive level. Multi-site governance, clinical operations, transformation or post-merger integration are strong differentiators. French C1 and English B2 expected, German a plus. Switzerland-based, or within Europe.

What happens next — and what doesn't. If your profile fits an active or upcoming hospital mandate, you'll be contacted personally, usually within 12 to 24 months. If it doesn't, you may not hear from us at all. The absence of a response is, in itself, a response.
