What you'll do

• 
  Order verification and clinical review

• 
  Dosing support and medication therapy management (MTM)

• 
  Provider consultation

• 
  IV verification oversight

• 
  Medication reconciliation

• 
  Discharge counseling

What you'll need

• 
  Active Florida pharmacist license (or ability to obtain)

• 
  Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• 
  Comfortable working weekends as scheduled

• 
  Hospital or retail background — both welcome
