The Hospital Manager partners closely with the Medical Leadership team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital. This role focuses on team leadership, financial performance, client experience, and operational efficiency—allowing our veterinarians and staff to deliver outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing hospital team

  • Oversee hospital operations including scheduling, staffing, payroll, and inventory

  • Partner with medical leadership on workflow optimization and service growth

  • Manage financial performance including budgeting, revenue, and expense control

  • Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging workplace culture

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

  • Support exceptional client service and community engagement

Qualifications

  • Previous veterinary or healthcare management experience preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with team development, coaching, and performance management

  • Financial acumen and operational mindset

  • Passion for veterinary medicine and client service
