
Hospital Director Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Veterinary Client Service and Operations leader to join our hospital leadership team as a Hospital Director. This role is critical to driving an exceptional client experience, strong team performance, and sustainable business growth.
This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and can balance people leadership, operational execution, and financial performance. You will partner closely with the Medical Director and Regional Leadership to ensure the hospital consistently delivers high-quality patient care and outstanding service to both clients and referring veterinarians.
The Hospital Manager is responsible for leading client service operations, administrative functions, and business performance of the hospital. This includes oversight of staffing, client experience, financial outcomes, and day-to-day operations.
You will serve as a key leader in fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture across the hospital.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually with eligibility for performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and scope of responsibility.
