Hospital Manager

We’re looking for a Hospital Manager to lead our experienced, collaborative team in Walnut Creek. You’ll have the opportunity to shape day-to-day operations, develop and support your team, and create a positive hospital culture where great patient care and client service thrive—all while maintaining a healthy balance between work and life.

• Proven experience leading teams and managing daily operations, ideally within veterinary practice or another healthcare setting
• Strong organisational skills, with confidence managing schedules, staffing, and changing priorities
• A hands-on, approachable leadership style, with the emotional intelligence to build trust and accountability
• Clear, effective communication and a collaborative approach to supporting clinical and operational teams
• A commitment to excellent client service, team development, and continuous improvement
