What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Experience managing a P&L and evaluating key performance indicators with the goal of driving results
- A strong background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture
- Strong mentorship and conflict-resolution skills
- Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused environment is required
