
Job Title: Hospital Greeter – Parking Services

Base Pay: $18.00 per hour
PMC reasonably expects to pay a base wage of $18.00 per hour for this position upon hire. The rate will meet or exceed the applicable state or local minimum wage for the assigned work location.
The Hospital Greeter creates a welcoming and supportive first impression for patients, visitors, guests, and staff. This position provides directions, answers questions, coordinates with the valet team, and helps maintain a safe, organized, and professional entrance area.
The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, attentive, and comfortable assisting people in a busy healthcare environment.
Primary Objective
Provide a warm, helpful, and professional experience while supporting safe and efficient activity throughout the hospital entrance, valet lane, and surrounding areas.

Background Screening

Hours, Breaks, and Overtime
This is a non-exempt position. Employees must accurately record all time worked and may not perform work before clocking in, after clocking out, or during an unpaid meal period.
Overtime will be paid in accordance with applicable Colorado and federal law, including when an employee works more than 40 hours in a workweek, more than 12 hours in a workday, or more than 12 consecutive hours, as applicable.
Employees will receive meal and rest periods in accordance with Colorado law. Employees should promptly report any missed, late, shortened, or interrupted break or any concern regarding timekeeping or compensation.
Pay Transparency and Equal Pay
PMC complies with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and other applicable compensation and pay-transparency requirements. Employees and applicants may discuss, disclose, or inquire about compensation as permitted by law. At-Will Employment
Employment with PMC is at will. This means either PMC or the employee may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or advance notice, subject to applicable law.
