TEKsystems is hiring Hospital Answering Service Operators to work ON SITE for a client based in Boston, MA.

Job Description
-Taking high volume calls from incoming patients of doctors for clinics which are Hospitals and Smaller Health Clinics
-Determining who is on the call
-Retrieving customer contact information in database
-Triaging the call to the appropriate contact.
Hours (need to be flexible here)
Paid Training provided on a shift of Monday- Friday 10:30-6:30pm for all shifts
We are hiring for 1st shift and 2nd shift hours
First Shift- Sunday-Thursday between 7am-5pm.
Swing shift-Between 10am-8pm-Tuesday-Saturday- The days off for this specific shift would be Sunday and Monday.
Earlier 2nd shift- Between 1pm-10pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The days off for this specific shift would be Sunday and Wednesday.
$22- 25/hr. (based off experience)
