As Hospital Administrator, you’ll serve as the operational and cultural heartbeat of the hospital. In partnership with the Regional Operations Director and Medical Directors, your core focus areas will include:

  • Client & Patient Experience – Oversee smooth daily operations, client service flow, and uphold high standards of care and service.

  • Hospital Operations – Manage budgeting, payroll, purchasing, reporting, and compliance with company protocols and safety standards.

  • Facility Oversight – Ensure the hospital is clean, safe, and well-maintained; coordinate maintenance and security as needed.

  • Marketing & Growth – Support local marketing and referral initiatives, track ROI, and help position the hospital for long-term growth.

  • Strategic Collaboration – Partner with hospital leadership to set goals, improve systems, and champion the success of associates and the business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven ability to manage complex hospital operations including scheduling, inventory, payroll, and vendor management

  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing large, diverse teams

  • Strong financial acumen—confident in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight

  • Skilled in fostering service excellence and ensuring a seamless client/patient experience

  • Comfort working in a 24/7/365 hospital environment, with availability for weekend or after-hours support as needed
