Job Description

工作内容:

  • 与医疗机构,建立长期战略合作伙伴关系,提升医院准入能力,提高患者治疗的可及性
  • 建立与所负责区域关键客户沟通的平台,合规地传递公司和产品价值,推动公司产品在重点医疗机构的准入并保障安全运营
  • 建立高效的内部跨部门沟通和合作机制,驱动业务机会和策略的实现 实施战略项目,发展和巩固与关键客户的战略合作伙伴关系,实现双赢
  • 所负责区域危机事件的管理 领导并支持销售团队,推动区域内非HA目标医院的准入,提升区域整体准入能力 与区域MA上下联动,推动区域准入政策的落地,探索准入新模式

任职要求:

  • 至少8年医药行业销售或市场工作经验, 具有大型外资制药企业关键客户管理经验者和/或3年以上销售管理经验者优先考虑
  • 对医疗改革的趋势和市场准入环境变化具有高度的敏感性,学习和分析能力强
  • 优秀的人际沟通能力、影响力及项目管理能力
  • 具备业务敏锐度及解决复杂事务的能力
  • 态度积极、主动,结果导向 乐于接受挑战并承担压力
