At Touchstone Hospice, you join a team shaped by five generations of care — a place where dignity, clarity, and compassion are not only expected, but lived. As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you help bring out the courage in others by guiding patients and families through some of life’s most sacred moments.
Drawing from the core purpose outlined in the job description — delivering patient-centered hospice care that preserves comfort and dignity — this role gives you meaningful clinical autonomy, steady interdisciplinary support, and the chance to make a lasting impact every single day.
This work is meaningful — and so are the people you’ll do it with. Touchstone Hospice is grounded in CareM’s mission to bring out the courage in others, and you’ll feel that mission in the way we support our patients, our families, and each other.

For more than 100 years, CareM and its predecessors have been building, operating, and managing healthcare organizations across the continuum of care. Five generations of leadership, from sanitariums in the Deep South to a modern clinically integrated network, have shaped how we think about care, operations, and the people who deliver both. Over the years, CareM has provided managed services to private ownership groups, not-for-profits, municipalities, and Native American tribes.
Our mission is simple: to bring out the courage in others. We exist to help people stay home, through skilled care, hospice, palliative care, and physician services, and to build the infrastructure that lets clinical teams do that work well.
We don't deliver care directly. We make it possible. CareM provides strategic guidance, operational support, and centralized services to our managed entities, while coordinating value-based care integration across a broader provider network.
We've worked with organizations at every stage, from startups to established nonprofits to joint ventures, and the lesson that has held across all of them is that people deliver care, and people need systems that support them.
