As a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide skilled nursing care to patients with life-limiting illnesses throughout the East Bay, helping patients remain comfortable and maintain dignity during every stage of their hospice journey.
You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized plans of care, manage symptoms, educate families, and collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient-centered care.
